As founder and CEO of IntegraTouch, Kevin created and continues to advance the vision for its “Symphony as a Service” offering. He draws upon his 30-year history of innovation and integration in delivering world-class BSS, OSS, and Billing & Operations solutions for service providers ranging in size from Tier 1 carriers to startup providers on a global scale. Since the company’s inception in 2002, Kevin has led its profitable growth while building the foundation for organizational scale. He was responsible for the design, delivery and operations of Symphony by Integratouch—an enterprise-level CRM, billing, supply chain, provisioning, and subscription management platform—in support of over 30 million subscribers.
Kevin’s award-winning career spans senior leadership roles at Vodafone/Verizon Wireless, Frontier Communications and Global Crossing, where he delivered competitive advantages through the design and delivery of systems, products and processes. Kevin has also been involved with many companies as an investor, advisor and board member. He has a MBA from the University of Dayton and a BSEET from DeVry Institute of Technology.
